In 1996, master goldsmith Arjun Mehra returned from his apprenticeship in Antwerp with a singular vision: to bring European precision and Indian soul into one jewellery house. With a small workshop in Jaipur's historic Johari Bazaar and three apprentices, Shilpi Creation Jewellery was born.
The name Shilpi Creation Jewellery — French for "light" — was chosen intentionally. Arjun believed that the soul of fine jewellery lives in the way it captures and reflects light. A diamond's fire, an emerald's depth, a pearl's lustre — all are expressions of light caught in stone.
Today, Shilpi Creation Jewellery employs over 120 skilled artisans, gemologists, and designers across our Jaipur atelier and showrooms in Mumbai and Delhi — but the philosophy remains unchanged: every piece must be worthy of becoming an heirloom.
